While on the strange journey of being a Bonner County Commissioner today there was only one commissioner left to listen to public comment. When the chairman (yes, me) informed the audience there wasn't a quorum and the meeting would have to be recessed the chaos merchants advocated breaking the law in order to listen to their comments, ummm no... illegal meeting... one commissioner returned to create a quorum so that she could give comment as a member of the public to the Board of County Commissioners that she is a member of...Good grief.
